Jeannine Storholm Julian

After graduating from Roosevelt, I went to the University of Minnesota and graduated in 1964. I married my high school sweetheart in 1964. I worked as a Kindergarten or 1st grade teacher for 33 years.

Don (class of 1959) & I are both retired and enjoy traveling. We went to Mexico last year and will be taking cruise & tour trip to Alaska in August. In January we will fly over to Hawaii.

We both are still active in music and play in several bands and orchestras. Don plays the drums and I play the flute.

We enjoy being with our three grandchildren who live in the Cincinnati area.

I really enjoyed being in the band and orchestra. It was a lot of work and a lot of fun to be in the marching band.

At the senior "Swing-a-Song" dance I wore a devil costume and my friend Barbara Benda came in a sailor costume. I have always regretted that when someone asked if we came as "The Devil and the Deep Blue Seas" and I answered - NO. We could have won a prize for our costumes.
