Hollstadt, Dennis R. age 71 of Burnsville passed away on Sept. 8 peacefully at his home surrounded by his family. Survived by his wife, Rachel (nee Nelson) of Hawley, MN; daughters: Kelly Sobek, Margie (David) Pinson, Tracy Hollstadt, and Riki (Kevin) Jensen; beloved grandchildren, Benjamin, Caroline, Hannah, Haley, Megan, and Melanie; brother, Spencer (Gail); also by other loving relatives and friends. Dennis was born and raised in Minneapolis. He graduated from Roosevelt High School and Brown Institute. Dennis was a lifelong executive in the photographic industry, working globally as a sales professional and senior executive at Pako Corporation, Fuji International, Copal Systems and Agfa Inc. Later in his career, Dennis owned and managed The MiniLab Supply Store and a chain of photo labs on military bases. He was also a shareholder and officer of Hollstadt & Associates, Inc., until it was sold in 2012. Dennis and Rachel supported several community non-profit organizations including The Raptor Center at the University of Minnesota, 360 Communities, the Minneapolis YWCA and Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. They are members of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Burnsville, MN. Funeral service, 11 am Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Burnsville. Visitation from 5-8 pm Friday at White Funeral Home (12804 Nicollet Ave) Burnsville and one hour prior to the service at church.
