Haugland, Carl age 73, of Isanti, died unexpectedly on 4/14/2014. Carl was a Navy veteran and worked for 16 years at the Anoka Sheriff's Department. Preceded in death by brother, Otto. Survived by sons, Erik (Stacey) and Kevin; grandchildren, Breanna, Brock and Brett; mother of his children, Nancy; and cat, Tippy.
