Graduated U of M in physical therapy in 1964. Worked 5 yrs at Northwestern Hosp.
Met Roger in 1968 and married a year later. I retired in 2004.
Diane was born in 1971 and has 2 sons, Aaron 14 and Alex 13.
Michelle was born in 1975. They all live in the Cities.
I love to read mysteries and am hooked on Sudoku. I've sold Tupperware since '79 and have a houseful of new and old items.
Member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church on Minnehaha Pkway since 1946 and active in LWML.
With parents and brother I'd traveled 47 states. 2 wks in Hawaii in '65 - 2 mo in Europe in '66 - 2wk in Switzerland/Austria in '78. Our honeymoon took in GA and 1995 I saw Alaska.
We had a bad crash there and Roger had a near death experience; in the tunnel of light - surrounded by angels his words were "I got in my 50th state." ! We have driven in all 50 states and have visited Canada, 2-via Norway and 5 via Germany. Have enjoyed driving on the Autobahn; climbing 768 steps in Ulm Germany; Pulpit Rock by Stavanger Norway; hiking in 38 National Parks; driving 8811 miles in 20 days to Alaska ; landing on a glacier at Mt.McKinley and riding a cog railroad to see the Matterhorn. I've taken tours to Greece, Israel, the Balkans, Italy, Danube river cruise and Imperial Cities. Saw the Passion Play this summer in Germany and am going to Egypt this Nov.
If any of this sounds like bragging, maybe so, but I love to travel and do as much as I can.
