I married soon after high school to Maury Kallman (class of 1957, South High School). We have 3 wonderful children, 2 who currently live in Woodbury and Blaine (Guy and Tom), and one who lives in Chicago (LeAnne). All are married and are busy raising our 11 grandchildren.
Our early married years were spent in South Minneapolis and New Hope. We later found ourselves venturing out to Zimmerman, MN where we mainly raised our children. My husband worked as a contractor and I worked as a dental assistant. After our kids graduated from Elk River High School, we moved into the town of Elk River where we live to this day.
Maury and I enjoy splitting our time between visiting grandchildren, attending Church of the Open Door, relaxing at our family cabin on Big Sandy Lake, and unthawing in Fort Myers, Fl three months of the year. We look forward to celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary next summer.
