Loyd Schanke passed away Sept 1 2017. He was a friend and husband of Maxine Rauhauser. Many of you probably knew Loyd and Maxine. We use to hang out when I was 14. Nice guy, had a good life, and many friends. Loyd graduated from south high in 1960.
School Story:

Gymnastics was my life, was on the U of M team from 1961 to 1964. State champion on Still rings and Side horse in 1960. Hung out with Butch Rhoades.

Wiley was on our gymnastics team and was a very good tumbler and free ex performer. I didnt know him personally, but he impressed me as really good guy. Very talented.

Maxine Rauhauser's husband, Loyd Shanke died Sept 1 2017. Good friend as well as Maxine, who is one of the nicest person I have known.
