ANDERSON Garry Daniel, companion and soul mate of Harold Mann for 47 years, passed away May 30, 2012. Mr. Anderson was born Jan 2, 1942 in Minneapolis, MN to Francis and Dorothy Anderson; and reared by his paternal grandparents, Oscar and Louella Lilleskov. Mr. Anderson was a member of the popular comedy barbershop quartet "The Hobos" for 30 years and a member of the Kentuckians Chorus for 35 years. He was retired from Lexmark and was an avid gardener, sharing plants and flowers with friends and neighbors. He is survived by his brother, Marshall (Glenda) Anderson; nephew, Michael (Jeanette) Anderson, all of Minneapolis, MN; nieces, Christine (Carl) Anenson, Janine (Brett) Sweeney and nephew, Jeffrey (Sunee) Anenson, all of Seattle, WA; and nephew, Greg (Martha) Anderson of Gurley, AL. Commitment service will be 9:30am June 23, 2012 in Lexington Cemetery, with Reverends Paula Ott and Wanda Olive officiating. A reception will follow at 505 Dover Road from 11:30am-2pm. Garry was a very dear, dear friend of mine. We graduated together still being friends. We did some fun things together, I had a big crush on him. I will always remember him, and keep him in my heart. Sorry for your loss. He was a great person.
